Goff - the last hope?

If ever there was an uninspiring politician in parliament, it has to be Scoff Goff. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read what he said after being reselected as NZLP Leader ... "I think that it's a recognition that the leadership team they have got in place is the best team that they could hope for". What's interesting about this line is that it places emphasis on 'hope'. What a dork. Hope doesn't lead to success, effective leadership does and if he can't come out with something a little more ballsy to lead his MP's then the NZLP will be resigned to more years in opposition.

This really does epitomise Scoff Goff. He tries to be a funny guy, but it just doesn't work for him. Actually I think he is just too nice a guy. I met him once in the Sinai Peninsular in Egypt when I was in the NZDF and he was really goofy. He couldn't really mix it in with the boys.

I think they shoulda dumped him and even have gone with Annette King, she has way bigger balls than Goff does.

So, poor ole Jones and Cunliffe will be sitting back thinking "fuck, hafta to wait another few fucking years before I can get my pinko commie stickie fingers on the mantle of power". To give credit to the NZLP, they did well not to elect Jones or Cunliffe, parliaments wankers of the highest order.

Labour & Ratana split

Yes, it appears that finally a good measure of Ratana followers have finally drawn the conclusion that the NZLP are a pack of wankers and aren't the best friends they used to be. Although Goff has made a fool of himself again, they can really only blame that bitch Clark. It was her that started the rustic errosion with Ratana with the Foreshore thing. What Goff hasn't realised is that no matter how much he may laugh off how popular National has become with Ratana, the NZLP has lost support from that stronghold.

So, Goff has "scoffed" at claims that National won some hearts at Ratana. What a complete fuckwit he is. People usually come out with statements like that when they are on the backfoot.

I really wonder if they will vote him in as leader this week. Problem is, there isn't really anyone of substance to take his place. Shane Jones is a right plonker. David Cunliffe has his nose so far up his arse he doesn't appeal to the ordinary Kiwi.

I also wonder how voting will go from Ratana members at the next election. Its plausible to consider that the vote will be split between the NZMP and National. Wonder if Goff would scoff if that happened. Because of his truly fucked up style of leadership and lack of political nounce, he must be added to the list of fucknuckle politicians. I'm sure some Ratana members would agree.
